Declaration of Transparent Ethical Management

Dongseo Machine & Tools Co., Ltd. shall pursue transparent, fair and reasonable management activities and task performances under the corporate philosophy under ethical management based on righteous means in company management and corporate activities.

To this, all executives and employees of Dongseo Machine & Tools Co., Ltd. shall share ethical management throughout the overall management activities of the company as the corporate philosophy of the company. Code of Ethics and guidelines for the standards of correct value judging and acting to be observed by all executives and employees shall be newly enacted and promised to actively practice such. On this meaningful day marking the 35th anniversary of the Company's establishment, we gather our strong will and officially declare the implementation of transparent ethical management both internally and externally.
